We collect information about you when you register with us via website, calling and booking an appointment, making an enquiry for products or services, visiting the clinic, and completing a medical form.

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to manage your account, for medical purposes to ensure treatment/exercose is safe, contact relevant GP/Consultant or Insurance Companies and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.

Our newsletters may include offers which may include Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Seasonal, Sporting related, exercises, advice, news and updates (this list is NOT exhaustive).

We take an email address and phone number when booking an appointment for appointment reminders of which two are automatically sent.

Body 2 Fit will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other company.

If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out later. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes by clicking on the unsubscribe button on the bottom of any email which is sent to you.

Your personal data will be kept confidential and secure and will, unless you agree otherwise, only be used for the purposes for which it was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable Data Protection Laws, clinical records retention periods and clinical confidentiality guidelines.

The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy legally states that adult records should be stored for eight years after the last date of “treatment” and for children eight years after their 18th birthday or until 25 years of age. Once the retention period has expired, records will be disposed of securely.
